We have been in the event industry for the past 12 years. We specialize in 100% Irish products that are Board Bia approved. This is extremely important to us as it allows us to support local suppliers which is part of our main initiative to "keep it local". Our food is cooked above a charcoal pit. It is cooked to shear perfection to ensure mouthwatering taste. Choose from the Smoke’N Classic Burger or our famous Irish style Hotdog accompanied by a portion of freshly cut chips. Being environmentally compliant is something we are extremely passionate about. It is imperative that our impact on the environment is as close to zero% as possible. This gives us the incentive to ensure that all our packaging is recyclable, compostable or biodegradable.
